The ice cream parlour's opening has been time for the summer
June 8, 2026
A new ice cream parlour has opened on Fulham Road, just in time for summer.
La Gelateria Della Luna has been launched at 666 Fulham Road by local nutritionist, private chef and mum Simay Atkas, offering natural Italian ice cream from renowned gelato maker Oddono’s.
There are 16 flavours currently on offer, including Tiramasu, Cioccolata & Amarena, Pistachio and Fior di Flagora as well as Vanigilia del Madagascar and a choice of Sorbetto. Regular new additions to the range are promised.
Along with the ice creams, the menu includes a range of pastries, including croissants with chocolate and hazelnut fillings and coffee from award winning local roasters Code.194.
As well as the usual range of coffees, the cafe also offers Matcha, Spirulina and Ube Lattes plus Hot Chocolate and Babychinos.
Simay says of her new venture: " “I wanted to create the kind of neighbourhood gelateria I always searched for – somewhere warm, beautiful and focused on quality. From the ingredients to the atmosphere, everything is designed to feel authentic and welcoming.”
Since opening at the end of May, she says she has been overwhelmed by the support she has received, with many of the ice cream flavours selling out each day, and regular customers returning daily..
She says: " To all the Fulham locals, neighbours, families, friends, and everyone who has stopped by for a gelato, coffee, kind word, recommendation, or simply to support a small independent business, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
" I feel truly blessed, grateful, and proud to have started La Gelateria Della Luna in the community I call home."
