Christmas lights across Parsons Green
November 24, 2025
Parsons Green will sparkle again this winter as the community comes together for its annual Christmas Lights Switch-On. The festive evening, hosted by Parsons Green Village alongside St Matthew’s Church and St Dionis, takes place on Friday 28 November, starting at 4.30pm.
The celebration promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with mulled wine, mince pies, and a prize tombola featuring gifts donated by local businesses. From 5.30pm, the Salvation Army Brass Band will lead carol singing, filling the Green with seasonal music. At 6.00pm, the highlight of the evening arrives as the Christmas lights are switched on, followed by more carols and community cheer.
All proceeds from mulled wine and tombola sales will go to HF Giving, ensuring the event not only brings joy but also supports those in need during the festive season.
The event is made possible thanks to the generosity of Parsons Green Village businesses, from Bayley & Sage providing mince pies to Shoots & Leaves donating the Christmas tree.
