Luxury Hospitality Chain Plans Opening on Fulham Reach
Group behind Riviera and El Norte to launch Italian restaurant

An up-market restaurant chain is preparing to bring a new Italian restaurant to the Fulham Reach area as part of the Arc West development.
The Emerald Hospitality Group is adding another venue to a portfolio already known for theatrical interiors and destination dining. The company, led by twins Arian and Alberto Zandi, has signed the lease for a site on the Thames-side campus and says the restaurant will be designed as a lively neighbourhood space rather than a formal showpiece. It will seat around 120 guests on a single floor, with a wood-fired pizza oven acting as the focal point of the room. Fresh pasta will be made in full view of diners and a salumeria will serve breakfast, brunch and Italian deli classics throughout the day. The intention, Arian Zandi says, is to create a place that becomes part of local life, somewhere people return to regularly rather than only on special occasions.
The opening marks a new chapter for a group that has built its reputation on distinctive concepts. Zuaya in Kensington offers a jungle-themed Latin American fusion menu with Peruvian tapas and cocktails. Como Garden, also in Kensington, serves Italian small plates in a botanical setting inspired by Lake Como. El Norte in Mayfair celebrates northern Spanish gastronomy in a high-end dining room and cocktail lounge. Riviera in St James’s channels the elegance of the twentieth-century French Riviera, while Bottega 35 brings modern Italian dining to London.

Arc West London, where the Hammersmith restaurant will be located, is a 250,000-square-foot life sciences campus developed by Advanced Research Clusters. It occupies the historic Manbré Wharf site and combines laboratory space, co-working areas and start-up incubators such as Imperial’s Leap and Motherlabs. The campus is designed to integrate research facilities with landscaped riverside areas and sits within West London’s wider academic and healthcare network. The arrival of Emerald Hospitality Group adds a hospitality anchor to the development, offering a social hub for workers, visitors and the surrounding neighbourhood.
