Killed following altercation involving three people on Ackmar Road

A man, believed to be aged 19, has died of his wounds after being stabbed in Parsons Green this Thursday evening (11 February).
Police were called to a report of a fight involving three men on Ackmar Road at 6.42pm.
They attended the scene along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and an air ambulance. Despite the efforts of the paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene at 7.28pm.
A second man, also in his late teens, was taken to hospital with stab injuries but his condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
The third man involved in the altercation fled the scene before police arrived.
Parsons Green Station was closed after the incident and a crime scene was put in place with a number of the roads in the area sealed off.
Police are making enquires to establish the next of kin.
Specialist homicide detectives have been informed and are now at the scene.

A Section 60 has now been put in place to run from 8.15pm until 6am covering postcodes SW3, SW6, SW10.
