Gauri Nafrey serves a customer at Bridge Baker
September 23, 2025
The third branch of Bridge Baker is now open.
Having established two of Fulham’s favourite cafes and bakeries, founder Gauri Nafrey has moved north to launch a third at 99 - 101 Hammersmith Road, close to the junction with North End Road and across the road from Olympia.
The new location, which is open seven days a week, has a large kitchen where bread and pastries are made fresh on site each day.
The Olympia site offers the full range of Bridge Baker’s signature breads, cakes, pastries, Allpress coffee, brunch, fresh smoothies and juices.

Bridge Baker launched in Fulham’s Wandsworth Bridge Road in 2019 and quickly became a favourite with local foodies, being voted both Best Place to Eat in the Borough and Best Independent Business on the High Street in the same year’s Brilliant Business Awards, run by Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
In 2023, a second branch opened in Fulham Road, as Bridge Baker amassed Great Taste Awards for best selling products including its sourdough bread, carrot cake and seeded crackers.
Founder Gauri says its success is down to its approach – offering slow-fermented sourdough, carefully sourced ingredients, an open kitchen and community-focused atmosphere.
The new Olympia Bridge Baker will be open from 7am till 6pm, Monday to Friday and from 8am till 6pm at weekends.
There are now three branches of Bridge Baker
Gaurii says, “We are thrilled to bring Bridge Baker to Olympia. This new site allows us to reach more neighbours and share what we love doing best — baking from scratch and creating somewhere people feel welcome.
“We’ve built our reputation in Fulham on quality, authenticity, and supporting local. Olympia will be no different.”
