There has been another serious road traffic collision at the junction of Warwick Road and West Cromwell Road in Earl's Court.

This Friday (5 August) at around 6.50pm, a 59-year-old male pedestrian was hit by a motorcycle being ridden by a 21-year-old man.

The pedestrian was treated at the scene and a London Air Ambulance helicopter attended before he was taken to hospital. The latest update on his condition is that it is life-threatening.

The motorcyclist was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital but his injuries are less serious.

Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command ask anyone who witnessed the collision or captured it on dash cam to call the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8543 5157 or via 101 quoting reference CAD 6632/05Aug.

The incident comes just two weeks after a motorcyclist in his twenties died at the same stop after being hit by a car. The 29-year-old driver did not stop at the scene but was later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
