“Marley was dead… to begin with.”

A new production based on A Christmas Carol is to be performed at the Barons Court Theatre this December.

Adam Z Robinson plays Ebenezer Scrooge in a one man show which focuses on the ghostly aspects of the classic story by Charles Dickens.

He tells of the supernatural journey to redemption recreating the atmosphere of Victorian London as the ghosts of Christmas return from the dead.

The production is by The Book of Darkness & Light which has recently completed national tours of Shivers and Upon the Stair.

A Christmas Carol runs from 7 - 24 December (except Sundays and Mondays) at 7.30pm plus 2.30pm matinee on Saturdays.

It runs for 90 minutes plus a 15-minute interval.

Tickets cost £16 and can be bought online.

The Barons Court Theatre is below the Curtain's Up Pub at 28a Comeragh Road, London W14 9HR.
