Putney's launches Christmas with the Positively Putney Christmas Lights Switch On on Friday 29 November in Church Square, Putney High Street from 3pm – 8pm for an event compered by Riverside Radio.

With the 2019 festive season upon us, nothing says Christmas more than the glow of seasonal street lights, an inflatable snow globe and plenty of places for festive shopping and dining.

Local celebrity guests Michael and Hilary Whitehall will officially turn Putney's Christmas lights on. Parents to English comedian, television presenter and actor Jack Whitehall – Hilary and Michael have made various on-screen appearances with their comedian son. Will Winston Whitehall be with them?
