Outdoor fitness specialists British Military Fitness are heading

The dress code is black tie "with a touch of Paris".
The ball begins with champagne between 8pm and 9pm and nibbles will be served until 11pm. There will be a DJ in the
main hall until 1pm plus music and champagne cocktails in the upstairs ball until midnight.
Tickets are still available at £40 per person.
The ever-popular Del'aziz in Vanston Place off Fulham Broadway is offering champagne, candles, roses, belly-dancing ... and a special five course dinner for £30 a head which it describes as an "unforgettably exotic culinary adventure across the Mediterranean and the Middle East".
Around the corner in Jerdan Place, Spanish Tapas Restaurant La Tasca is offering a special Valentine's menu for £19.95 per person including a glass of Anna de Codorniu Chardonnay Reserva Brut Cava and dishes such as Calamares Andaluza, Paella de Verduras and a dessert for lovers to share, Churros con Fruta y Salsa de Chocolate, crisp dougnut twists served with strawberries, apple chunks and warm chocolate sauce.
In Parson's Green, the food of love from Ghillies Restaurant and Bar includes a glass of Prosecco with Amuses Bouches, Grilled Oysters topped with Parmesan cheese and Chocolate and Orange Cake with Passion Fruit Couli. This special Valentine's Menu costs £28.50 per person.
The unattached needn't be left out. They can head for the Elk Bar on Fulham Broadway, whcih is promising a Mating Night, complete with party DJs and love inspired cocktails, though we can't guarantee this will end in romance!
