Third annual event to be opened by Greg Hands
Riverside development Imperial Wharf is hosting its third annual Jobs and Careers Fair on Thursday, January 28.
The fair, being run jointly by Imperial Wharf's developer St George and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, will be officially opened by local MP Greg Hands, and will show off a range of employment and training opportunities.
Visitors to the fair will be able to meet a range of organisations offering employment opportunities and advice, including Westfield's Work Zone.
Ross Faragher, Managing Director of St George Central London says: " Following the success of last year’s event we are once again delighted to host the annual Imperial Wharf Jobs and Careers Fair.
"This event will raise awareness of the wide range of training and employment opportunities within the retail, leisure and construction industries, including the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre, which is only nine minutes away by train. "
Greg Hands MP adds: " I was very pleased by the volume of businesses that exhibited and the range of people who attended the event last year. I am encouraged to see that St George and local businesses are continuing to making this contribution to the local neighbourhood and its community, in these difficult economic times."
The fair is at The Wharf Rooms, Imperial Wharf, behind Jurys Inn, on Jnuary 28 from 4pm to 7pm. For further details call 020 7610 9693 or visit www.imperialwharf.com/jobsandcareersfair.
