Engineers hope to have power restored by 7pm
UK Power Networks, the company which owns the power lines in London has tweeted @ukpowernetworks: engineers are on the way, due to arrive at about 6pm. At the moment we're aiming to have power on by 7pm.
The power cut is affecting house, street and traffic lights in some parts of the eastern end of Fulham, from Harwood Road to the border of Chelsea, and at 6.30pm there has been a report that power is also out in Chelsea.
