Music By the Bridge Continues into Summer at All Saints Fulham


Concert in May features music by Brahms, Strauss and Britten

Music by the Bridge, a very popular series of monthly Friday evening concerts, featuring talent young and often local musicians, continues into summer at All Saints Church, by Putney Bridge

The season continues with these concerts:

11 May -Ian Ritchie (baritone) and Rachel Verney (piano)
Romantic art-song and traditional folk-song meet in the much-loved music of Brahms, Strauss and Britten

8 June - Angel Voices - All Saints Parish Choir and JASS
Choral music from across the ages performed by All Saints' choir, as seen on BBC last Christmas

6 July - Lauren Abbott (violin) and Karen Suter piano
Beethoven’s much-loved Spring Sonata forms the centrepiece of this virtuosic classical programme

Each concert starts at 7.15pm, with doors open from 6.45pm, and lasts for about 45 minutes, so it is a lovely way to start your weekend.

Everyone is welcome and entry is free, with wine and soft drinks available and a retiring collection held to support music
at All Saints.
