In his onscreen role as Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe possesses magical powers, but he admits the magic fades when hed enters his local pub, the Imperial Arms in King's Road.
possesshe has women under his spell - but in real life actor Daniel Radcliffe is finding his effect on the opposite sex rather less magical.
While drinking with pals at The Imperial Arms pub in Fulham recently, he invited two pretty students back to his flat. 'One of the girls was really tall and her friend was short - but they were both very striking,' I am told.
'After a while, he asked them if they wanted to come back to his place.'
Unfortunately for Radcliffe, 20, the girls had what they considered a better offer.
'They told him they had to meet friends at Embargo nightclub in Chelsea, and asked him if he wanted to come along with them,' says my spy.
'But Dan declined, explaining that he couldn't go because when he'd gone to the nearby Crazy Larry's club recently he had been mobbed by the paparazzi.'
Radcliffe did at least manage to get the girls' phone numbers, however, so he may get another chance to work his sorcery.
