A selection of the beers on offer during the festival
February 23, 2026
Walham Green, the new Wetherspoon pub in Fulham, is preparing to host a 12-day celebration of real ale from around the world this March.
The pub, located on Fulham Road, will offer 20 different real ales — including five from international brewers — during the festival, which runs from Wednesday 4 to Sunday 15 March.
The overseas beers come from Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Spain and the USA, marking the first time the pub has served a real ale from Mexico. Almost all of the beers have been brewed exclusively for the festival, with several incorporating unusual ingredients such as coffee, elderflower, hibiscus, maple syrup, orange and vanilla. Three of the ales are vegan and suitable for vegetarians. Pints will be priced at £3.39, with the option of three third-pint tasters for the price of a pint.
Festival highlights include Tropical (Cervejaria Bodebrown, Brazil), Read the Room (Good Word Brewing, USA), Session IPA (Malteza, Mexico), Vicious IPA (Almogaver, Spain) and Nigredo (Birrificio Italiano, Italy). British brewers are also well represented, with beers such as Lucky Lips (Shepherd Neame), Pitch Perfect (Vale), Crimson Legend (Brains), Salem Coastal Confusion (Batemans), Shug Monkey (Elgood’s) and Brewed Awakening (Hook Norton).
Pub manager Ryan Way said the festival would be “a great celebration of real ale” and an opportunity to showcase beers not previously available to customers. “We’re delighted to offer such a wide range, including brewers from as far afield as Mexico and Brazil as well as those closer to home, all at great value-for-money prices,” he said.
Tasting notes will be available in the pub’s festival magazine, with a digital version accessible via the Wetherspoon app and website. All ales can be ordered at the bar or through the app.
