Over Hundred Evacuated From Area After Gas Leak on Fulham Road

Road closed between Edith Grove and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

London Fire Brigade are currently dealing with a major gas leak on the Fulham Road near the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

They say 100 people have been evacuated from nearby buildings and are currently asking people to avoid the area if possible.

Chelsea & Westminster hospital is unaffected by the gas leak but the main entrance is currently closed.

Fulham Road is closed in both directions between Nightingale Place and Edith Grove.
