Fulham Broadway store rescued from closure
Music chain HMV has announced it has bought the Zavvi store in Fulham Broadway and is offering all its staff the opportunity to stay on.
Plans for revamping the store are already underway and the company says that customers will see it rebranded as HMV within a month.
The store is one of 19 across the country bought by HMV after Zavvi went into administration before Christmas.
HMV spokesman Gennaro Castaldo says: " People may remember we used to have a store in North End Road. We are very glad to be coming back to Fulham, and to such a prime position in the Broadway."
