Exclusively Independent, Fulham Library, July 2
Exclusively Independent, run by Legend Press in association with the Arts Council is a scheme bringing together independent publishers, booksellers and a selection of London libraries. Fulham Library is hosting the second Exclusively Independent event to celebrate the project's continued success. Authors will read from their own books and discuss their own experiences in the publishing industry. Representatives from publishing companies will also be attending. Featured authors are: Caroline Rance, Peter Cave, Candi Miller and Michael Marr.

Samara - Jazz at the Palace (in conjunction with The 606 Club), July 3
A six piece jazz/latin group lead by flute/ sax player Steve Rubie probably best known as the man behind the 606 Club. With pianist Neil Angilley, bass player Dill Katz, Nic France on drums, percussionist Dawson Miller and singer Rachael Calladine. Considered one of the finest Jazz/’groove’ singers around, the music is an infectious blend of Brazilian samba, jazz/latin and soul.
