Weekend Walks in Fulham

Stroll into spring on free guided tours

Feel like getting out into the open air this weekend? Join a gentle stroll along the Thames on Sunday, February 22, in the company of guide Clarissa Fell.

The walk, one of a series of free cultural tours around the borough, is called Fulham Reach and will go from Hammersmith Bridge to Putney Bridge, passing places of interest such as Fulham Palace and Fulham Football Club.

There is no need to book, just turn up at 11am at the meeting point, the information centre in Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre.

This is followed on Saturday, February 28 by a walk called Fulham Past and Present with guide Simon Rodway, who promises an entertaining 90 minute stroll in the company of Catherine of Aragon, Lord Beaverbrook and Reg Varney!

Again there is no need to book, just turn up at 2pm at the meeting point, Fulham Broadway tube station.
