Greg Hands Re-elected in Chelsea and Fulham

Greg Hands has been re-elected MP for the constituency of Chelsea and Fulham with 25,322 votes, or 62.95% of the total vote.

This vote was slightly up on the previous General Election in May 2010, when he gained 24,093 votes.

Alexandra Sanderson of the Labour Party came second with 9,300 votes or 23.12% of the total.

The Labour vote was also slightly up on the 2010 election when the previous candidate won 7,371 votes.

Liberal Democrat Simon Bailey was third with 2,091 votes, closely followed by UKIP candidate Adrian Noble with 2,039, while the Green Party's Guy Rubin gained 1,474.

The constituency turnout was 63,6%, also up on the previous election when it was 60%.
