If you fancy some useful tips on how to brush up your CV, then make sure you attend a special workshop at Fulham Library on Thursday.

Organised by Hammersmith & Fulham Council and the National Careers Service, this event will advise residents on what to write in their personal profile, how to demonstrate a strong employment history and how best to highlight education and training.

Cllr Greg Smith, H&F Council deputy leader says: " This kind of event will be ideal for people already in work who want to refresh their CV and those currently unemployed who want to find work before the benefit changes occur.

"Modern libraries are about much more than just books and we are delighted to be putting Fulham Library to such great use."

Support material is given out during the workshop to be used at home and a follow up appointment can be arranged with the National Careers Service Advisor after the workshop.

The workshops takes place on Saturday December 14 from 10am till midday. To book your place, call Fulham Library on 020 8753.
