The annual Celebrating Fulham festival is back from Saturday June 28 with a packed programme of events showcasing the area’s history, culture and attractions.

Here's what's happening during this week:

Monday June 30 – Thursday 2 July

Visits and tours of the local Al Muntada Al Islamic Mosque

Shakespeare's Greatest Hits 
2014 is William Shakespeare’s 450th birthday and it's time to celebrate his enormous contribution to our culture. But if you don’t have time to see all 37 plays or read all 154 sonnets then just come and see his Greatest Hits.

The History of Peterborough House - an illustrated talk by Sue Pierson 
The current Peterborough Estate covers the former site of Peterborough House and its grounds, which was demolished in 1902. Sue Pierson is a local historian and the author of the book on Charlotte Sulivan, a great Fulham benefactor.

Historical Tour of Fulham Palace      
Learn the secrets of Fulham Palace on this Historical Tour through the grounds and public rooms of the Palace. Fulham Palace, Bishop’s Avenue. Meet in the museum 
Tickets £5 per person (Associates and accompanied children free), booking is not required

English Beer Master class 
10 (out of over 100) selected English Beers for you to taste and  pair with our cheese, olives and charcuterie.  If you cannot book a slot for the master class, you can still sample some amazing beers at the Broadway Bar between 6pm and 7.30pm

Join Netty Ribeaux, Groundwork London's conservation Officer for this early morning moth identification. Look at moths that have been attracted to the light trap set in Fulham Palace’s Walled Garden and discover more about Britain’s moths.
